Each event requires several binders containing hardcopies of the emergency action plan available for immediate use in event of an emergency.
  • Participation Station/Volunteer HQ
  • Ranger HQ/Medical
  • Fire Safety
  • Gate
  • BOD Actual (typically in a golf cart or UTV)

Contents

If possible, documents shall be printed on waterproof paper and placed in a binder.
