New Business

• Dave and Hatter working with landowners (Coal Creek Ranch) to present them a candidate agreement for 15 years of land use (5 year initial + 2 optional extensions).
• We would like a preliminary ok from the BOD to move forward with the contract
• Tovia suggests changing wording for pulling out of the contract from 4 months to 6 months. Dave agreed to make that adjustment
• Dave and Hatter will be reaching out to Reading this week.

• MALC planning team met with Southeastern Roundtable group to further exploration into a joint event in 2027.
