- Culturally there seems to be a shift happening e.g. AI slop, "clankers"

- New antenna mounting solution works well and is much more robust
- Radios should be able to be stored in the boxes and only removed to be charged pre-event

- Want to train new embiggeners
- Someone other than Wax should do the next one
- Targetting Mar 3rd, Apr 1st in 2026 for ticket sales
- Minor tickets upped to $15 to cover landowner costs
