Upon discovery of a person in respiratory or cardiac arrest and/or presumed dead 911 should be called immediately.
In any case of cell service issues. a radio call should be made to BOD/Rangers/First Aid to call 911, along with pertinent information by the person on location.
All efforts will be made by First Aid to treat and assist the participant until local EMS arrives on scene.
Rangers will assist with crowd control as their primary role, assisting in info gathering where they can.
Event waiver is referenced to collect participant’s emergency contact, once the patient's identity has been confirmed.
