First Aid HQ is located central to the property, near Event HQ.

Basic Triage and First Aid Equipment, Safety Plan, cots, water for hydration.
The First Aid Team is a volunteer team with members of multiple education and certification levels of care. However, the primary focus of First Aid is basic care needs.
All severe or life threatening injuries are escalated to local government EMS/ALS providers.
No member of the First Aid team will perform above their scope of their personal training, in any case where a First Aid member is unsure of the actions needed to assist a sick or injured participant they will send it up to their Shift Lead or Coordinators, whoever is immediately available
The Medic On Call shall be located in proximity to any art burn prior to the loading of any volatile accelerants. In the event of a flash fire or a participant who is successful in breaching the perimeter of the art burn and becoming engulfed in flames, BART members wearing structural firefighting protective clothing shall extinguish the flames using CO2 or pressurized water extinguishers prior to turning the patient over to First Aid for immediate medical treatment and transfer to ALS.
