Rangers will evacuate all members from the area or direct them to shelter in place as appropriate based on the threat.
No volunteer shall attempt to engage the attacker directly unless it is safe to do so.
First Aid shall enact Mass Casualty procedures and begin performing triage and treatment if safe to do so. The Incident Commander shall designate the casualty collection point and all available first aid personnel shall report to that location.
The Gate Coordinator on duty will escort Law Enforcement to the site location where the incident is taking place. Gate Shift Lead will maintain the Gate closure.
