Rangers will locate DPW, who will obtain radios for the team and report to Operations for plan-in-place. They will also provide crowd control.
DPW will ensure that event structures pose no collapse or other hazard, and take precautionary measures to reduce incidences of damage, collapse, fall, such as removal of canopies, staking down equipment, unplugging electronics, etc.
Fire Safety may be requested for additional personnel and equipment
